Michelle LaVaughn Robinson-Obama’s Militant Racism Revealed

I got an e-mail forward today from a friend and decided after reading it that it was worth checking into. I will post what the e-mail said and then you can see what Snopes.com has to say about it. They say it’s TRUE and snopes is really good about researching things that get passed around on the internet. I always check Snopes first to find out if something is fact OR fiction. In any case.. here are the contents of that e-mail:

OBAMA’S MILITANT RACISM REVEALED

In her senior thesis at Princeton, Michele Obama, the wife of Barack Obama stated that America was a nation founded on “crime and hatred’. Moreover, she stated that whites in America were ‘ineradicably racist’. The 1985 thesis, titled ‘Princeton-Educated Blacks and the Black Community’ was written under her maiden name, Michelle LaVaughn Robinson.

Michelle Obama stated in her thesis that to ‘Whites at Princeton , it often seems as if, to them, she will always be Black first…’ However, it was reported by a fellow black classmate, ‘If those ‘Whites at Princeton ‘ really saw Michelle as one who always would ‘be Black first,’ it seems that she gave them that impression’.

Most alarming is Michele Obama’s use of the terms ’separationist’ and ‘integrationist’ when describing the views of black people.

Mrs. Obama clearly identifies herself with a ’separationist’ view of race.

‘By actually working with the Black lower class or within their communities as a result of their ideologies, a separationist may better understand the desperation of their situation and feel more hopeless about a resolution as opposed to an integrationist who is ignorant to their plight.’

Obama writes that the path she chose by attending Princeton would likely lead to her ‘further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure that will only allow me to remain on the periphery of society; never becoming a full participant.’

Michele Obama clearly has a chip on her shoulder.

Not only does she see separate black and white societies in America , but she elevates black over white in her world.

Here is another passage that is uncomfortable and ominous in meaning:

‘There was no doubt in my mind that as a member of the black community, I am obligated to this community and will utilize all of my present and future resources to benefit the black community first and foremost. ‘

What is Michelle Obama planning to do with her future resources if she’s first lady that will elevate black over white in America ?

The following passage appears to be a call to arms for affirmative action policies that could be the hallmark of an Obama administration.

‘Predominately white universities like Princeton are socially and academically designed to cater to the needs of the white students comprising the bulk of their enrollments.’

The conclusion of her thesis is alarming.

Michelle Obama’s poll of black alumni concludes that other black students at Princeton do not share her obsession with blackness. But rather than celebrate, she is horrified that black alumni identify with our common American culture more than they value the color of their skin. ‘I hoped that these findings would help me conclude that despite the high degree of identification with whites as a result of the educational and occupational path that black Princeton alumni follow, the alumni would still maintain a certain level of identification with the black community. However, these findings do not support this possibility.’

Is it no wonder that most black alumni ignored her racist questionnaire? Only 89 students responded out of 400 who were asked for input.

Michelle Obama does not look into a crowd of Obama supporters and see Americans. She sees black people and white people eternally conflicted with one another.

The thesis provides a trove of Mrs. Obama’s thoughts and world view seen through a race-based prism.

This is a very divisive view for a potential first lady that would do untold damage to race relations in this country in a Barack Obama administration.

Michelle Obama’s intellectually refined racism should give all Americans pause for deep concern.

Now maybe she’s changed, but she sure sounds like someone with an axe to grind with America . Will the press let Michelle get a free pass over her obviously racist comment about American whites? I am sure that it will.

PS: American tax payers paid for her scholarship.

Here is where they talk about this on Snopes.com

Apparently access to her thesis is restricted until after the Presidential Election. Why is that?

I do not understand why this nation has to go forward each and every day taking issue with the color of somebody’s skin. I don’t get it.

We are all human beings. Everybody has a skin color, who cares?

Omaha Mom’s Club on Action 3 News

My friend Charla and her cute girls made the video.

I’ve never actually been part of a Mom’s Club so it was interesting to hear about it from Charla.

I think it’s a great idea.

I can see how it would add some variety into a SAHM’s day and it would definitely spice things up for the kids for sure.

When Charla told me about the news clip I knew I just had to blog it.

Great job Omaha Moms!!

Happy Birthday U.S.A.

It’s been nuts here in Omaha

177_7791 Let’s see..

I have not really posted anything since around Father’s Day.

I’ve been busy for sure!!

For starters, my brother and his family came up to Omaha to visit us. They stayed for about a week and we had a blast catching up.

The kids are beautiful and so much bigger since the last time that we saw them. We  had a wonderful time and a great visit together.

178_7858 After that..

We celebrated Grandpa’s 90th birthday.

It’s hard to believe that it’s possible for us to live to be that old.

Family members came from all over the Midwest to be there on Grandpa’s special day.

I wonder how old I will live to be.

angelas_reunion_pics 013 After that..

I went to my 20 year high school reunion.

That was a blast for sure once I figured out who everybody was.

Some people were recognizable and others I had to look at the name tag in order to connect the dots.

It’s understandable because 20 years is a long time.

181_8149 One gal I was talking to was relieved when I finally told her who I was.

I found that the 20  year reunion was much more enjoyable than the 10  year. I think it’s because everybody is pretty much over the whole pretense of what we have done with our lives.

We were just all excited to be together for a fun filled weekend.

181_8146 Our next reunion will be a 25 year one. Nobody wants to wait 10 more years to get together. I have a feeling many of us will stay in touch much better over the years and will wind up visiting one another when we happen to be in the same town.

Some of us go all the way back to middle school. That’s almost 30 years of knowing somebody. That’s a long time.

After that..

181_8144 The darn storm hit Omaha. They said the winds were around 90 mph but then later on somebody else had said they were clocked at around 115 mph.

The sirens went off not because there was a tornado reported but because of how fast and strong the winds were moving.

They said they were hurricane-like winds which we all know can be much worse than a tornado.

181_8199 I should have taken a photo of the BP station by my house. After looking at that I find it hard to believe that we didn’t have some sort of tornado going on mixed in with those hard winds.

Our neighborhood sustains tons of damage but at least we were only without power for about a day-and-a-half. Last I  heard on the radio South Omaha was still without power  yesterday afternoon.

This week..

We are celebrating the fourth of July and our Independence.

Don is on vacation and we aren’t going anywhere because gas is just WAY too high.

182_8248 The other reason we aren’t going anywhere is because with the power going out — our sump pump overfilled and flooded our basement. All the bailing water in the world couldn’t prevent THAT from happening so we are waiting to see how much THAT damage will cost us.

First it was the furnace..

$4,000.00 later it was the air conditioner..

And now gas is up to almost $4.00 per gallon. Ugh!!

Sunday we had Christmas in July with our friends.

Yesterday I got the girls hair cut. (It’s so cute!)

I’m also back at the gym and sometimes it’s twice daily because of swimming lessons.

Anyway..

That’s what I’ve been up to!!

A Video Portrait Of Barack Hussein Obama

Here’s a direct link just in case

I haven’t been around much because I’ve been having a nice time visiting with my brother Christopher and his family. They drove all the way up from Texas and spent about a week with us. It was a nice visit.

We also celebrated Don’s Grandpa’s 90th Birthday. Can you even imagine living to be 90 years old? How Awesome is THAT!?

I won’t be around next week. I have my 20th high school reunion to go to and that will be down in Texas. It’s going to be HOT FUN in the HOT Texas sun for sure!

I get to fly in and spend time with my best friend since I was 12 years old on Wednesday. We’ll be hanging out.. ringing in our week together. It will be a nice time.

This is an interesting video with excellent points that have been made about  Barack Hussein Obama. The points that have been made are not based on "feelings" but on facts.

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Hatred from the Pulpit is Wrong

I have a problem with all the hatred going on in this election; I would like to ask you all a question.

What is the difference in a minister spewing hatred of the whites from the pulpit, or the KKK in front of a burning cross? It is all evil and those teaching such hatred should not be applauded especially in our churches where our children are being brainwashed.

Slavery was well over 100 years ago; lets make our world a better place.

Some of my grandparents came from Ireland, and other were Cherokee they also suffered hardships but I never heard them talking with such hatred.

How can our country ever heal if we do not learn to forgive our past?

Hat Tip! Not Before Coffee

I agree with Gayla on this one.

I’m shocked that people going to church to worship God would subscribe to any preacher teaching to hate OR mock in the way that some churches do.

As somebody who’s blog was watched by a white supremacist group here in Omaha it was just a tad bit frustrating to think that they expected me to hate right along-side with them just because I was white.

I don’t know why people do not forgive more these days.

Even if you can’t have a personal relationship with the people that hate you OR your ideas, you can still pray for them and forgive them.

The other thing is maybe large quantities of groups can’t forgive the past because they were brought up OR brain washed to hate. That is certainly something else we can pray about and I guess no matter how hard it is to do sometimes.. we can set the example.

I know there are times when I feel as though I have done all I can do short of washing the feet of my enemies. Most people know that what they are doing is wrong and they may not ever come out of that type of sickness.

All we can do is continue acknowledge that hate, recognize it and admit to it instead of sweeping it under the rug, and pray over it.

I know if it had been my pastor that had spoke like the ones at Obama’s church for so many years.. I would have never let it get to 20-something years of knowing these people hate the way that they do.

I would get up and take my family out of there and find a church that is truly bible-based.

Will there be a Hillary Rodham - Obama Ticket?

hillary-obama WASHINGTON (AP) - Hillary Rodham Clinton has told congressional colleagues she would be open to becoming Barack Obama’s vice presidential nominee, saying she would consider it if it would help Democrats win the White House.

Clinton, a New York senator, made the comment on a conference call with other New York lawmakers Tuesday, according a participant on the call.

Hat Tip: Little Green Footballs

If that’s the case then you can certainly bet that I will be voting for John McCain.

I will be voting for John McCain even if it’s just Obama with a no-name for the VP spot.

The only person that had an inkling of a chance to be John McCain is Hillary Rodham Clinton.

It will be interesting to see if she concede’s the Democratic Nomination since mathematically Obama is ahead.

Will she do it before OR during Democratic Convention?
