Who cares if Palin’s daughter is pregnant?

bristol-palin punishment-obama

The 17-year-old daughter of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is pregnant, Palin said on Monday in an announcement intended to knock down rumors by liberal bloggers that Palin faked her own pregnancy to cover up for her child.

Bristol Palin, one of Alaska Gov. Palin’s five children with her husband, Todd, is about five months pregnant and is going to keep the child and marry the father, the Palins said in a statement released by the campaign of Republican presidential candidate John McCain.

Do you care if Palin’s 17 year old daughter is pregnant? Does it make a difference to you in this Presidential race?

I don’t care that her 17  year old daughter is pregnant and it certainly doesn’t change how I feel about electing McCain and Palin into office come November.

It seems to me that the looney left will do and say anything to discredit this winning ticket. They are grasping at straws trying to make up lies. It’s not going to work.

I am determined now more than ever to vote this ticket into office.

As far as experience goes..

I would much rather have an inexperienced VP over a President any day!! So don’t even get me started on who’s got more experience. Heck, Palin has worked hard in the short time that she’s been in office compared to Obama who’s spent most of his time in office campaigning.

So Palin’s daughter is pregnant. They say she is planning on keeping the baby and marrying the baby’s father. What’s wrong with that? She is twice the woman that I could have ever been at 17.

    I agree - who care’s if her kid is pregnant? I sure don’t. ]

What I care about - good gravy, did you hear her speech?? She was AMAZING!!!

And I am so sick of knowing that Obama votes “present” instead of “yes” OR “no” as a representative. When I heard that it made me think of John Kerry who never showed up at all. If you’re going to show up to work at least have the balls and decency to vote a yes OR no on the issues. Geez!!

Present? Oh, no wonder they can claim he has been to more votes than McCain. Why can’t he at least vote for his conscience. Is he worried that people might actually discover WHO he really is and WHAT he really stands for???

Palin made a excellent speech last night! She has me FINALLY fired up for this election. I was luke warm on McCain before he choose her!

    Hiya Moms4Palin!

The reason he couldn’t vote more than just “present” is because he probably didn’t do his homework OR he needed to check with his advisers first.

It’s hard to keep track of what’s going on when you are trying to run for President of the United States.. ya know?

BTW, I tried to leave a comment on your blog and couldn’t. Let me in!! LOL :)

I honestly do not think that her daughter being pregnant has anything to do with her running as the vice-president. Life happens !!

Oh yes, twice the woman. Bristol Palin was a party-girl, so they sent her to Anchorage because it wasn’t good fro a Governor’s daughter to be caught drinking all the time.
But her boyfriend found her and knocked her up.

None of this would have mattered, but Palin decided to abuse her power, and was then under investigation. Now everything that she spouts is a lie, and her supposed “family values” campaign didn’t seem to include pregnant teenagers.
There is no one in this country that could possibly or honestly admit that having a pregnant daughter in her teens means you’re a good parent.

I think it’s interesting that there are people like you Tina, sitting pretty up in Anchorage Alaska that have the audacity to pop on here and speak of Sarah Palin almost as closely as if you knew her personally?

What’s a girl like you from Anchorage Alaska so ticked off about anyway? How did Sarah Palin abuse her power? It seems to me that Sarah Palin has actually been doing good things up there in Alaska. I guess that’s not according to all Alaskan’s obviously.

So Tina, tell me something… what do you do over on Denali Street? Care to share all the details with me? I’m curious as to what a peep like you from Alaska would want with little ol’ me from Omaha, Nebraska?

Why do people assume that if somebody is conservative OR for family values that they are somehow never going to make a mistake? People think that about Christians too. Christians, Conservative, “family values” Folks are not perfect. They never said that they were and I honestly have no idea why that assumption is made. Care to spell it out for me?

Just because Sarah Palin’s teen age daughter is pregnant doesn’t meant that she is a horrible parent. What is she supposed to do, put the FBI on her daughter 24/7 to make sure that she doesn’t have sex? Oh please.. get over yourself.

Nick, What is your definition of a good Christian? Sarah Palin never had plans to ban books. Perhaps if you read about this on Snopes.com you might have a better understanding of what is going on with the top of Sarah Palin’s book-banning rampage. It’s clearly FALSE Nick.

I am a christian conservative female 49 and I will not be voting for McCain/Palin.

I have been astounded at her negativity at the rallies and not calling out people that yell hate and kill for Barack Obama.
That to me is a fake christian. She should call them out and say she is not running that kind of campaign.
My parents in Tenn. voted for Huckabee and were supporting McCain and they are not also rethinking their voting.
I think Sarah and Sean Hannity at Fox news are making a huge mistake keeping on bringing things up that have been cleared about Barack OBama. I am very very disappointed in that hate.

I am a christian conservative that will not be voting for McCain/Palin.

I am 49 and I don’t have time for the hate that Sarah Palin is promoting in campaigning and the things people are yelling at her rallies and she is not calling them out.

I have always voted republican and I would not ever vote for McCain with Palin on the ticket.

Not all women are for Sarah.

    Post comment instead of sensoring.

Katie, I am sooooo thankful to hear your response to this McCain/Palin campaigning. I was ready to loose heart with all Christians. Candidates who incite violence and encourage (by not discouraging) racism is no Christian in my book. Maybe if she spent time in the word she would know it is a sin to “testify falsely against your neighbor”. This campaign is an abomination and needs to clean up its act.

@Katie - You are welcome to vote for whoever you want to. I don’t know what you are talking about as far as comments being moderated goes. Your comments have gone through just fine.

@Temi - It figures you would ask who Bill Ayers is considering the fact that you are using a computer to respond to this thread. Did you try using google to read up on Ayers or were you wanting us to spoon feed that information to you? BTW, you do not need to duplicate your posts. Sarah Palin doesn’t seem to think that she did anything to abuse her power.. and honestly that trooper gate situation is a joke.

@Diane - Are you saying that anybody that would vote for the McCain-Palin ticket can not be a Christian? That’s absurd.

What happened to freedom of expression?
Few minutes after posting a comment, it disappeared. Or is this one of the MCCAIN/PALIN legacies that the site is trying to preach? God help us.

So because I don’t agree with you then you are going to cry fowl on my blog? I think you’ve been quite free to express yourself on my blog, don’t you?

I’ve already explained to you in a previous response to please not duplicate your posts. Duplicated posts get deleted. If you fail to read what I write and actually comprehend that then that’s something you’re going to have to work out for yourself.

  26. Temi | Oct 11, 2008 | Reply

The duplicate you’re talking about was not intentional, but if you read it over again you’ll find out that I made a mistake when I used “hear” instead of “here” that was the reason. But then, that doe not mean you should deliberately suppress the other comment because it was there and suddenly, it disappeared.I am sure you know what I am talking about.Afterall, we all are entitled to our opinion.

    Angela,
The comment you deleted was not a duplicate, it was actually a completely different opinion and a response to one of your comments.Trust me, I will repost it just exactly the way it was presented before you deleted it.I trust you will not delete it again because you’re a Christian, a good Christian should be tolerant and mind you this election is not a do -or- die affair, the better team will win in November and that team is the “CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE TEAM” not the “SIDEKICK TEAM”

  28. angela | Oct 12, 2008 | Reply

@Temi - Like I said before. If you post duplicate comments all over my blog I will delete them and leave up the original as I did with the same set of comments that you left when you first came to visit my blog. Perhaps it would be wise to look over your comment, make sure it’s exactly what you’d like to say BEFORE you send it for posting. You are always free to leave a post follow up of your own comments. I don’t mind that at all. But if it’s a duplicate, I will delete it.
