Remember that CNN Offensive?

May 1st, 2009 by Angela | Filed under Ramblings.

Remember that CCN Offensive I posted about? Someone left a very important comment that I felt needed to be featured as a post on this blog. I think from now on when somebody leaves a comment about their experience contacting a CNN sponsor to let them know how they feel about what’s happening to CNN.. I will go ahead and feature it.. it’s THAT important.

Wind Y Ess left the following comment:

Super! I signed the petition and that fed me through to the page where you are encouraged to call the advertisers of CNN to complain.

I called Joseph A Banks first. The lady there said “what teaparty?” so I went through and explained the entire thing, and let her know what it is and why it is happening, and I said it disappoints me to see such a fine clothier shoveling money over to such a corrupt news organization.

Then I called Boston Market. The lady who answered said she has had several calls, and she assured me that my thoughts would be forwarded on to the appropriate department.

I also called EHealth Insurance. I had planned to point out to them that by supporting CNN they are funding their own demise, since CNN supports Obama and Obama supports the institution of a national health plan, which will be the death of private health care in this country, as well as the death of private health insurance. But there phone tree was a tremendous hassle and I never got through to the appropriate department. Maybe someone can find a better number and replace the information on the page.

Thanks for this post. Very important stuff!

What does this boil down to for me, Domestic Divapalooza?

1.) We will not shop at Joseph A. Banks
2.) We will not eat at The Boston Market
3.) We will not use EHealth Insurance

It’s THAT simple. That’s what these companies get for sponsoring CNN one of the most corrupt and unfair news outlets among others.

    I can’t stand CNN.
