Political Postcards on Sunday
Posted by Angela on 03/9/08 in Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Ramblings

DISCLAIMER for Family, Friends, and Loyal Readers: These are NOT my postcards! Just because I posted these does not mean that I endorse Obama OR that I believe the actual meaning behind them. These are strictly compliments of Post Secret. Post Secret has all the credit for those!
ONE MORE THING: Before you check out Post Secret you will need to make your children leave the area because there are a couple of nude shots you may not want them to see over there. Not anything too graphic, just a breast shot OR two?
I wonder how many people out there lied and voted for Obama when they said they were going to vote for Hillary?
I wonder how many people out there lied and voted for Hillary when they said they were going to vote for Obama?
Why do we say one thing and do another?
Whoever sent in that 2nd postcard is WACK, don’t you think?
When are we (red, yellow, black, brown, or white) going to stop making assumptions about races?
When are we going to stop being prejudice towards one another?
I don’t know enough about Obama to know if I’m going to vote for him. Some days I think I might vote for him and other days I change my mind. I’m pretty sure today that I am NOT going to vote for him. I don’t know enough about him and from what little I do know, I don’t believe he deserves my vote.
I often wonder if Hillary deserves to be given a chance BUT then I talk myself out of it because I can’t stand Bill Clinton! That man doesn’t deserve to live in the White House again. Birds of a feather flock together and those two are married. They had a chance to get Osama and they BLEW IT!

That is sad that some people feel the need to hide their pride in voting. It’s a privilege every American has.
As for the second card, there are SOME things I’m concerned about IF Obama were to become President, but slavery is no it. I honestly worry how the vile ones in our country will react and I worry most about his safety - then I’m secondly concerned about some of his stances on issues that ARE important to me - mainly immigration and crime.
As for Hilary - given the comment she made once about her ability to handle “dishonest men” and how easily she ‘joked’ about it tells me she’s got Billy Boy on a very short leash and she’s not taking much crap from him.
Birds of a feather don’t always flock together and I am certainly glad no one ever thought that about me and my ex husband. Now had we had a business or future investment at stake because of that marriage and stayed together more as a biz partnership, I wouldn’t want people to judge me by who I was married to.
If anything, I look at Hilary and see a woman who endured the biggest fear any woman could in her marriage and she stood by her vows.
Yes, divorce is easy to come by - but to stand up and forgive is much more noble - in my opinion.
Doesn’t mean I like her as the best candidate - but if John McCain is the GOP Nominee - there’s really very little choice in my opinion.
Either way we’d go, we’ve have a tramp wannabe as the first spouse.

lol You really can’t stand McCain’s wife.. can you? How come you don’t like her Gayla?

I REALLY get a very bad feel from her. I can’t exactly put my finger on it. But she’s one scary lady.
As best I can figure she is pushing 70 and dresses like a Barbie dominatrix wannabe. Maybe she and Bill Clinton need the hookup - I don’t know but I don’t like her one bit!

If we are being honest here I dont’ want any of these three to win. lol. But if I really have to pick I’d go with McCain, but that’s because he’s a republican and likes the military.
As for the other two I honeslty think it’ll come down to these two. Both of first and everyone wants to be part of history. Honestly I don’t think about breaking a historical moment when picking a president. That’s kind of scary if you think about it. I mean who do I want…..
Hilary the Monster (as Obama says)
or
Obama the Liar (as Hilary says)

One thing is for sure.. I could not ever vote for Obama just for the simple fact that sometimes he keeps company with racist peeps. All you have to do is look at his church and who the preacher of his church is and the company that they keep. There’s no arguing THAT.

I’ve missed this one Angela, who is his preacher?
