My Mother’s Day Post Secret Favorites

I hope and pray that my daughter Lauren realizes that we Love and accept her for who she is - mistakes and ALL.
I am doing my very best to show this to her because I don’t want her to grow up believe that I don’t like her.
Not only do I like her, I Love her too!
Lauren if you are reading this - I am your Mom right now. One day when you grow up and can look back and wonder about some of the things you have done - just know that I will never hold your mistake over your head.
It’s my job to love you as a Mom and to let you grow up to be the woman that you are going to become.
That’s when we’ll get to be friends. And I promise to know when to but out of your adult decisions that you will make. I promise to love and respect the fact that you will one day have your own family and your own way of doing things.
Not only do I like you the way that you are BUT I like myself the way that I am too.
Let’s see.. 1 year down and 33 to go for me! Whatever!?

I am one day late, but Happy Mothers sweetheart.
I just want to say that I feel for all the young mothers, trying to be the best mother you can be in todays world. I hear that you do a great job mom.
