I am a big LOSER

I have done absolutely NOTHING to exercise. I always have good intentions but for some reason I lack the self discipline that it takes to get the job done. I am so upset with myself for not exercising today. This really sucks you guys.

    Join the club lol. My first payment for the gym membership comes out of my account this week, and I haven’t used the membership in weeks! Ack! I was really good there for a few weeks, too…and I haven’t been able to get back into it. I keep telling myself I don’t have time, but in reality I could go for an hour every morning after waking up. I think I’ll aim for tomorrow.

    Don’t get discouraged! The only difference in someone who is sucessful at weight loss and someone who’s not – is consistency. So what if you haven’t been excersising. Just start again, and again if you have to – just don’t give up. I have lost 14 lbs. since we all have started working out together. But I have been excersising for 45 minutes 5 days a week. So just pick up where you left off – and this summer when you put on a swim suit you’ll like what you see. Good Luck!!!!
