Today is Don’s birthday. (Happy Birthday Babe!)

He’s been sitting in the living room all afternoon playing with his birthday present. (PSP)

It’s been a good day so far.

We are waiting for Lauren to get done working so we can go pick her up and go out to eat for Don’s birthday.

I’m not sure where we are going to eat yet but no matter where that’s at we’ll be getting some sort of birthday desert.

Maybe we’ll go to a restaurant where they sing Happy Birthday nice and LOUD. I’m sure he’s LOVE that!

Church was fun today. We had an outdoor service, lunch on the grounds and fun games for the entire family.

I enjoy the fact that our church reaches out to the community and knows how to have fun.

Tomorrow begins our fall schedule in our home.

We’ll be hitting the gym in the morning and then AWANA starts on Wednesday and goes through until April.

It’s really important for me to try and keep some sort of schedule for the girls.

So my goal is to try and hit the gym Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri. They gym runs a bit of a pre-school program in the morning so that’s going to be fun for both Fiona and Kinsley.

I’ll be helping out with AWANA this year as a "floater" and am excited about that. I think it’s going to be the best way for me to see how AWANA works.

Have fun tomorrow and do something FUN.

Keep an eye out for our friends down in NOLA. I hope everybody listens to the Hurricane warnings and gets out while they still can.
