Does this fall in line with “Takes a thief to catch a thief?” — I find it hard to believe that we do not have rules/laws/regulations that would prevent even a president from appointing tax cheats to gov’t positions. My dh is a gov’t contractor and he would NEVER be considered for his position with something like Geithner’s record of offenses. — I guess the Founding Fathers never could have imagined a time when personal honor and integrity meant nothing.

Its the Chicago way of doing things. We bought it, now we have to use it.

The bad guys always win. It’s not right.

There are rules in place that would prevent this from happening. Unfortunatly they are un-written rules called Ethics. The only people who know about these un-written rules are the only ones who would hold themselves to following them.

It seems there is no one in the White House who believe in Ethics.

In the End only those who have repented and excepted Christ into there Hearts will win………

  6. Chris says:

Boyd66: Putting it in terms of winning and losing over simplifies salvation. Especially when you come across as being smug in the face of those who haven’t repented and now have probably hardened their hearts because of your response.

How many friends of yours are lost, without Jesus and headed for hell. How many of them have you witnessed to by how you lived?

In the end, we all will be held accountable for every idle word that comes out of our mouth….not to mention our actives….
